This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Whitwell-on-the-Hill office. Due to the beautiful remote location, access to your own transport is essential. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary: £30,000
Fixed term contract for 6 months.
About the role:
This role's main responsibility will be to assist the Sales Managers with the daily operations of the department including:
- Managing reporting systems to ensure the department functions smoothly.
- Aiding the Team Leaders during training sessions.
- Identifying process improvements and supporting with implementing processes to boost performance, and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promoting continuous improvement with the end-to-end service for our customers and travel partners.
- Supporting with various projects ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Collaborating with other departments to align project goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Helping the Team Leaders with onboarding new team members.
- Addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and finding effective solutions to implement.
- Reduce on-boarding and training time for new team members and assist with delivering training.
- Supporting the Team Leaders in cascading information to the sales team.
- Assisting with day-to-day sales operations, including managing data, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Creating and maintaining documentation relating to sales processes, project plans, and training materials.
