The Inntravel Customer Service team is the first stop for customers who need support with their holidays after the sales process. This can be everything from asking a general question about their holiday before the depart to support dealing with an emergency situation whilst on their holiday.
The team answer calls and emails from customers trying to understand what the issues is and how we can be find solutions with support from the wider inntravel team.
The team have knowledge and experience to ensure we can give industry leading service. We also review customers feedback how we can improve our service and offer.
Every day is different in the customer services. The environment is the perfect place for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment staying calm, solving problems and enjoy a variety of work as no too days are the same in this department.
