Our days are varied with taking calls and answering emails to customers enquiries, no two days are the same as we provide our expert knowledge on over 300+ itineraries across Europe. Looking into accommodations where various options and upgrades are available, investigating the best travel arrangements and logistics whether it be by rail, flying or driving we ensure that it all connects together seamlessly taking the hassle away from the customer.
Our Sales Team work together and support each other so you always have someone to turn to with any questions. Being able prioritise and handle several enquiries at the same time is essential whilst providing the best customer experience possible.
