A bit about our team...
Playing an integral part in the Inntravel overall journey from making a booking to being on holiday, we collect feedback after customers return home as this is essential for maintaining and improving the holiday information we provide. We find out what was especially loved - a particular walk with fantastic views, a fabulous room upgrade, outstanding service, an excellent meal, or perhaps a nugget of information that will help others. Working closely with the Product Team, we monitor feedback scores and comments, noting if anything didn’t meet expectations. Any complaints are addressed by us proactively in personalised written responses or by phone.
With responsibility for keeping our route details up to date and user-friendly, we research, write and update information, and create GPX files for every route walked or cycled to ensure our customers have the best possible holiday.
Ideally, you’ll have lots of travel experience and enjoy outdoor activities yourself so that you can put yourself in the customer’s shoes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key to a role in this team, along with quick-thinking and an ability to understand an issue within the overall picture.
