A bit about our team...
The Operations teams are responsible for securing and confirming the different elements of the customer's holiday itinerary, from hotel reservations to rail, ferry or coach tickets, and flights. If we’re unable to confirm any element then we will find an alternative, working closely with suppliers to ensure the best experience for our customers - you could say we get people to where they want to go!
We also answer telephone calls and emails assisting customers with queries concerning all aspects of travel as part of their holiday itinerary. As a result the team has accumulated a vast array of detailed knowledge of all elements of travel within Europe and it is this knowledge that helps us to deliver the exceptional level of customer service on which we pride ourselves.
Other main administrative duties include confirming holidays to customers as well as sending out invoices and final travel documentation, necessitating a keen eye for detail and dedication to presentation.
In addition to this, the team are constantly assessing the latest travel updates and responding to a host of challenges, from rail cancellations to adverse weather conditions. An ability to work on creative solutions to problems is a key attribute for any member of the team, along with the flexibility to manage competing tasks and challenges as they arise, ensuring that the role is never dull one.
