A small but perfectly sized team who look after the HR needs of our 80+ workforce from contributing to our people strategy and priorities to exciting projects which improve the employee experience to training on a range of HR topics. And of course, we also support with the day-to-day HR needs. You’ll enjoy being part of our team if you love variety, getting stuck into projects at every level and are as passionate about travel as the rest of the Inntravel team. We are also lucky to be part of a wider HR team based in Farnborough who provide all our payroll, benefits, contracting and HR admin needs which allows us to focus on our brand specific HR needs (also they are just a great group to work with!)
